Ingredients for Jhat Pat Chicken Karahi:

  1. Chicken
  2. Karahi or Pot
  3. Salt
  4. Red chili flakes
  5. Oil
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Onion
  8. Green chili
  9. Ginger
  10. Garlic
  11. Red chili powder
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Water

How do you make it quickly?

Keep the pot or karahi on the stove. Add some cooking oil to the pot. Add chopped onion to it. Mix it till it becomes a light golden brown color, and then add the desired quantity of chicken to it. Fry the chicken in onion paste smoothly when the chicken is white and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Keep all these ingredients in a blender with half a cup of water and blend them: tomatoes, green chili, onions for gravy, garlic cloves, and a piece of ginger. After blending, add the paste to the pot or karahi, mix it well, and add spices like salt according to your taste, 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, and half a teaspoon of red chili powder. Add a half cup of water and cook it until the chicken becomes reddish in color. In the end, garnish it with coriander leaves and slices of ginger. Enjoy this delicious, yummilicious karahi.
